Keeping Your Cat Happy at Home
Our daily visits are designed to provide your cat with the essential care, attention and companionship they need while you're away. Each visit lasts 30 mins, with additional time options available if required, at an additional cost.
During our time with your cat, we will:
- Provide fresh food and water
- Clean and refresh litter trays
- Basic grooming- brushing (if requested)
- Offer playtime and attention, cuddles or simply quiet company
- Send you a daily update with photos
Alongside tending to your cats' needs, we prioritise the security and well-being of your home. Our comprehensive service can also include the following, if requested;
- Light cleaning & housekeeping (pet-related messes)
- Managing bins
- Home security checks (adjusting lights, blinds etc)
Deposit & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- All remaining balances must be paid within 3 days of the service end date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and to protect our time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled service, the deposit is retained.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled service, full payment is chargeable.
- Outstanding payments must be paid within 3 days of cancellation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or message.
