Our Inspiration
My name is Sheena and I would like to introduce you to our mischievous moggy, Marshall.
Our parent journey began on Halloween 2015, the day we brought Marshall home. From the moment he arrived, he became a cherished member of our family - our 2nd son in many ways! His well-being and happiness have always been our top priority.
Over the years, we've faced the challenge many of you do - finding someone we trust completely to care for him at home while we are away. As an indoor cat, staying in his familiar surroundings is essential for his comfort and routine. Like many cats, he thrives on consistency, and we know firsthand how important it is to respect and maintain their unique habits.
I’ve always been a cat person – the kind who stops to say hello to every cat I pass , and who has way too many cat photos on my phone. I was the go-to friend or neighbour for cat care whenever someone went away, and I genuinely loved it. I enjoyed not just feeding them, but getting to know their personalities, quirks, and routines. I became aware of how many people struggled to find someone who genuinely “gets” cats!!
I know how important it is to feel confident that your cat is in safe hands when you’re away — not just fed, but…..understood.
So earlier this year, I decided to make it official — offering daily visits for cats who get to stay in the comfort of their own home while their people are away. I treat every cat like I’d want Marshall to be treated: with care, patience, and respect for their unique quirks.
